An existing product that has shifted its focus to different target users. We need to understand who is our new users and what their days at work look like. so we all started from the research to understand their needs and their pain points so that we could design a better experience for them. and in the end, we brought the product that fits our current target users better to live later with UI and Visual.

Behind the scenes
Synthesizing from the interviews by grouping all the similarities into groups so that we could see clearly what they need, what they want, and their daily routine and patterns.
Created a better, more streamlined new user flow after thoroughly analyzing what they have done currently, with the intention of improving the overall experience and functionality, in order to effectively design the necessary UI screens afterwards.
Feature prioritization: A collaborative effort
Conducting a working session with all stakeholders is crucial to determine the features that will be included in the upcoming release. This process allows for open discussion, shared understanding, and collective decision-making, ensuring that the most impactful features are prioritized.
Drew information architecture to ensure that we have a comprehensive understanding of the overall structure and layout of the site. This framework helps organize content effectively, making it easier for users to navigate and find the information they need.
Success story
Our experience at the tradeshow has been instrumental in refining our approach. By sharing the design and initial launch efforts, we not only gathered valuable customer insights but also observed their real-time reactions. The overwhelmingly positive feedback underscores the effectiveness of implementing this feature.
