I started working at Bemizu as a lead designer where I helped designing its first MVP. I started by redesigned their logo, established their brand identity, implementing a design system, asked to get google analytics set up so that I could learn from some data in the future, talked to several potential customers to learn about their needs and what they are looking for from the new product when they look to hire.
When I first started I ran a workshop and used the KJ method to define the features and their priorities. There were many conversations before as some of the stakeholders had many features that they want to implement, but to be a lean startup we must prioritize what we should build first.
